We are heading home from our visit at Bon Saw (Bow-so). We enjoyed a time of worship and did some medicine before we left. The Pastor's name is Ecaw (pronounced A-chO). This seemed like one of the more "modern" villages we visited. The home we ate in had multiple pieces of furniture in it which we had not seen before in any of the other village homes. We enjoyed lunch prepared by the women in the church. We are beginning to get used to the spicy food. After much experimentation we have learned that if you eat about six spoon fulls of rice per piece of vegetable and/or meat it might tame down the heat enough to allow you to still be able to taste the rest of your meal. The food is actually really good. Different...but good!
